About Agamim Coatings

Finishing processes performed at our facility:

Chromic anodizing according to MIL-A-8625 TYPE 1 coating thickness 4 microns;

Natural anodizing according to MIL-A-8625 TYPE 2 Class 1/2 coating thickness 15 microns;

Hard anodizing according to MIL-A-8625 TYPE 3 up to density of 50 microns;

The anodizing is available in the following colors: black, red, blue, green, gold and purple.

Also available are sealed anodizing, glossy, matt, satin and bi-chromatic finishes, and Teflon absorption.

Passivation of aluminum, yellow chromatic Alodine according to MIL C-5541 CLASS 1A

Clear passivation is compliant with MIL-A-5541 CLASS 3 and RoHS requirements.

Passivation for stainless steel (all series) performed in compliance with QQ-P-35.

Passivation for red metals (brass, copper and bronze).

Blackening – black oxide for iron and stainless steel MIL-P-13924 CLASS 1 / 4;

Manganese phosphate coating according to MIL-P-16232 TYPE M CLASS 1.2.4;

Polishing and sand / glass / aluminum oxide spraying department;

Shielding department;

Crack filling;

High-quality Whitford 7000 Teflon (customized solution available for any application);

Ceramic coating resistant to high-temperature acids;

Coating with ceramic pellets for thermal insulation (thickness 0.5 to 1.0 mm reduces 60 degrees);
